Where do I find my NetSuite account Role ID?
SearchSpring uses the Role assigned the NetSuite user account. Typically NetSuite merchants grant web services access to an existing non-administrative user account. That account can be used by SearchSpring to login to NetSuite to download product information regularly.
In connect properly to NetSuite, SearchSpring needs to know the Role ID.
Here's how to find the Role ID associated with a User Account.

Goto Setup -> Integration -> Web Services

Select the username from the drop-down list in the lower region of the screen.

Select the corresponding Role associated with the user account.

Copy the ID - this is the Role's ID.
