The Product Detail report shows an advanced breakdown of an individual product’s performance. Use this report in conjunction with the Products report to see how one product compares with others in your store.
Core Product Info
At the top right, you'll see the product's name, its SKU, and current price.
Performance Status
To the right of the basic info you'll see a summary of how this product is performing.
Views
The views for this specific product are highlighted at the top of the page.
Conversion Rate
The overall conversion rate for this product, including details on Sales/Views, can be viewed at the top of the page.
Total Revenue
At the far right on the top of the page is the total revenue generated by this product within the currently selected date range.
Units Sold
This metric outlines how many units were sold of this particular product.
Avg Price
This metric displays the average price for which the product was sold.
Sales
This metric shows how many sales this product was included in.
Engagement
This visualization shows the total number of views and clicks on this product. This includes:
- External Clicks = The total number of times this product was viewed, and not as a result from being clicked in a Athos-powered page.
- Total Views (from Athos Commerce) = The total number of clicks from any Athos-powered page.
Carts & Sales Funnel
Next you’ll find the Transaction Funnel, which visualizes the rate at which shoppers click, view, add to cart, and purchase this product.
- Total Carts = This line displays the number of times this product was added to someone's cart. Requires IntelliSuggest Cart tracking to be tracked on this report.
- Total Sales = This line displays the total number of transactions in which this product was purchased.
Exits & Abandons Funnel
This visualization represents the total number of exits and abandons for this product during the selected date range.
Trends
The Trends graph shows the performance of various metrics over time.
Click any color/section within the Trends section to choose which metric you'd like to view a breakdown over time for, such as Product Views, Clicks, Carts, and more.
Search History
At the bottom of this page, you’ll find the Search History, which shows all of the search queries that shoppers used to get to this product.
Query
This column shows the query which a customer searched to find and click on this product.
Position
This column lists the position of the product in the list of product results from the search. "1" means it was the first product shown, "2" is the second, and so on.
Page #
This column displays which page this product was on when it was clicked in the search results.
Total Results
This column shows the total number of results that came back for this search query.
Occurrences
This column shows the number of times this product was clicked as a result of this query within your selected date range.
Referrals
In addition, there is a Referrals table, which shows where all shoppers came from, and how often – whether that be Facebook, Google results, or Athos Commerce.
URL
This column lists the URL that a customer came from in order to reach this product page. URLs that begin with "/" are URLs from your own site.
Occurrences
This column shows the number of times a customer reached this product page from the specified URL within your selected date range.
