Introduction
When users create a Dotdigital profile for Messaging Recommendations, they will need to have an API user. That API username and password will be utilized for the Dotdigital API credentials in the Searchspring Management Console (SMC).
Searchspring needs these credentials so we can upload each customer's profile to the Dotdigital EasyEditor for use in their email campaigns.
Note: Do not use your personal Dotdigital credentials; be sure to add/configure an API user and provide Searchspring with those credentials instead.
Configuring Dotdigital API credentials in the SMC
When you are ready to configure your Dotdigital credentials, log into SMC and navigate to Site Customizations, Personalization Settings, Settings. Scroll down to the Dotdigital API Credentials section of the form.
