With BigCommerce's Multi-Storefront feature, businesses can create and manage multiple online stores with unique URLs and product catalogs. This feature is particularly useful for businesses that sell products in multiple regions or have different brands or product lines.

Before You Start
Additional Storefronts will require their own Searchspring account, implementation, and the necessary BigCommerce API credentials. If you have any Storefronts that you would like to set up in addition to your integrated BigCommerce store, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Enable Multi-Storefront in Searchspring
Once the new account has been added to the Searchspring Management Console and the necessary BigCommerce API credentials have been entered on the Data Feeds page, the "Enable Multi-Storefront" option can be selected under the “API Settings” section.
Select Your Storefront
Any Storefront “Channel” you have configured in BigCommerce should now be displayed in a dropdown list. Click the dropdown and select the channel you want to be associated with this Searchspring account.
If you don’t have any channels configured in BigCommerce, you’ll see “No channels found”.
Do not change this setting on a production Searchspring account as it may result in products not displaying on your site properly. Please reach out to your Searchspring contact to initiate the Multi-Storefront setup.
Perform a Manual Index
Go to the Index Status page and click the “Update Index” button.
View Your Products
Once the indexing has completed, you can go to “Search Preview” to see the products that have been indexed. Your index should now contain the product data specific to the Storefront “Channel” you’ve selected.
