Please add ss-auth@athoscommerce.com as a user to your BigCommerce instance. For setting the User Role, while setting us as a "System Administrator" is preferred, when defining a "Custom" User Role, we will need the following User Permissions set at a minimum:
- Sales Manager Permissions
- Manage Products
- Create Categories
- Manage Categories
- Edit Categories
- Delete Categories
- System Admin Permissions
- Store Design
- Design Mode
- Use Script Manager
- High-Risk Permissions (This section is visible to owners only)
- Edit Channels
