To get the fullest benefit of Insights, Recommendations, and more, you will need to ensure that the appropriate tracking is installed on your site. In order to have full and functional reporting, please be sure that you have installed any of the necessary tracking on your site.

Recommendations: Beacon
The Beacon is the method by which Searchspring keeps track of recommendations events. It helps to power product recommendation algorithms, and allows you to take advantage of our latest and greatest reporting & insights.

Google Analytics
If you have Google Analytics installed on your site, you can connect it directly to Searchspring to take advantage of more reporting (Google Analytics Insights, and the "Search Performance" section of the Dashboard), and boosting by performance numbers.
What about Search events?
Search events are automatically tracked through our Search API. Please be sure that User ID is being passed along for these events.
