This can be used by different marketplaces, so all will have some unique ways they work.
We upload all products as single products, but they can be grouped using grouping key.

Hijack Listings
To setup a new marketplace:
If It is a brand new Mirakl channel on the system, begin from step 1. Otherwise if it is an existing Mirakl feed in the system, use the existing template, and begin from step 6.
- Download the Offers and Products templates from:
https://[sitename].mirakl.net/mmp/shop/catalog/template/configure - Copy the 'Mirakl Template' partner feed, and rename it to the Marketplace Name
- Add all the fields to a new template - for Product fields prefix with "product." for offers prefix with "offer."
Ignore offer.quantity and offer.update-delete as managed internally.
(Note Products will have different attributes in different categories. You can either add all attributes to the feed, or at least add the common ones, and specific ones you can add as Mirakl Name Value Attributes for the merchant. If there are loads, it might not be feasible to add them all to field) - Map fields, and setup any defaults that would apply across the board (i.e. state might be "New")
- Add exclusion rule as below - swapping out westfield for marketplace name:
- When setting up the delimiter for the file, ensure that it is comma separated.
Also ensure that the delimiter for the Mirakl account is also comma separated, under My Account > Settings > CSV Delimiter - Ensure there are no custom categories set-up for the account. If we are connecting to a pre-existing Mirakl Account, and the client manually updates product data, there is a chance the client has set-up custom category nodes.
This can be identified by going to ' Settings > Catalog Mapping'
If the 'My catalog structure' is empty, it means there is no custom mapping in place.
If it is not empty, the marketplace team will be able to remove the category mapping on bulk, back to the default category mapping, before we begin connecting to the system.
If we attempt to push to an account with custom categories, we will receive errors for invalid category values.
